Services · the full fee schedule

read the price before you read anything else.

Five services, five numbers, no “contact us for pricing.” Every package that says narrative, budget and submission includes all three. Pick the one that matches your funder and we’ll confirm it in writing before we draft a word.

The ledger

five ways to hand us the hard part.

01

funder hunt

Most small organizations apply to the funders they’ve heard of. We find the ones that fund work like yours: your mission, your borough or county, your budget size. You get a ranked shortlist of twelve, each with a deadline, an award range and a one-paragraph read on whether you’d be wasting a Sunday.

  • 12 funders ranked by fit, not by fame
  • Deadlines, award ranges and past-grantee patterns
  • A plain verdict on each: apply, wait, or skip
Flat fee$640

02

foundation package Most requested

A foundation application or letter of inquiry up to eight pages. We write the case to the funder’s own language, build the budget and its justification so the two agree, and submit it. Longer applications are quoted upward from the base price, in writing.

  • Narrative written to the foundation’s stated priorities
  • Budget and budget justification
  • Attachments checklist and submission
  • Two rounds of revisions, read aloud before they count

03

city & state package

RFPs live and die on compliance. We read the RFP twice, build a scoring matrix from it, then write the narrative and logic model against that matrix. Before anything goes in, a separate compliance pass checks every required form, page limit and signature.

  • Full narrative and logic model
  • Budget justification, line by line
  • Compliance review against the RFP text
  • Portal submission with you on the phone
Flat fee$2,960

04

federal package

NOFO-driven proposals in the HRSA, SAMHSA and CDC mold. We build the need statement from your own numbers, write a work plan a reviewer can score, argue the budget with indirect costs handled, fill the SF-424 family of forms, check your registrations, and stay on the line on submission day.

  • Need statement, approach, work plan and evaluation
  • Budget and justification, indirect costs included
  • Forms, registration check and attachment formatting
  • Kickoff 21 days before the due date
From$5,740

05

red-pen rescue

You already wrote it. We cut it. Structure, scoring alignment, the paragraph that buries your best outcome on page six. Two rounds of notes in four business days. This is also the rate for a resubmission rewrite after a rejection, reviewer comments in hand.

  • Structural edit against the funder’s scoring criteria
  • Two rounds of notes, four business days
  • Editing only. No new drafting.

Not sure which row you are? That’s what the free thirty-minute call is for.

The fine print, in large print

how the money moves, and what we won’t promise.

payment terms

Invoicing
Half to start, half on submission.
How you pay
ACH, check or card.
The quote
Delivered in writing before work begins. Once you say yes, the number doesn’t move.
Ownership
When the final payment clears, every file is yours to reuse for the next funder.

three things we won’t sell you.

  • a guarantee of fundingFunding is the funder’s decision. We guarantee a complete, compliant, well-argued submission, in on time.
  • a success feePercentage-of-award pay is banned by most professional ethics codes in fundraising, and it warps the writing. You pay for the work.
  • an hourly meterHours reward slow writing. A fixed fee makes us fast and makes your budget knowable on day one.

Rejected? Send the reviewer comments. If the structure stands, a resubmission rewrite is quoted at $475. If it doesn’t, we’ll say so before you spend a dollar.
